Vectorization
and Paper to CAD
We
vectorize all kinds of drawings including architectural,
engineering, civil, mechanical, machine, structural, construction
documents, utility plans, site plans, plot maps, contour
maps and almost all document types. We use inhouse software
and techniques for despeckling and deskewing rasters. Advanced
routines are used to rubbersheet and scale the raster to
remove scanning deformations.We are well versed in AIA,
BOMA and ANSI standards.We use heads-up manual redraw process
for conversion to ensure dimensionally accurate CAD perfect
output

Redrafting
We
very precisely redraft manual drawings.Only discipline specific
drafting engineers from AEC/MEP/HVAC/Civil fields work on
the drawings to ensure 100% accuracy

Quality Assurance
Level
1-QA
The CAD operator converts and checks the CAD file to make
sure that all instructions and standards were followed.
When the CAD operator is confident that the file is complete,
it is then passed to Level 2-QA.
Level
2-QA
The Level 2 CAD manager plots converted file and compares
it to original document for errors or omissions. The file
is also reviewed for compliance with all special instructions,
layering schemes and standards. Errors and omissions are
noted and the CAD manager works with the CAD operator to
assure that all errors and omissions are corrected as necessary.
When the file is 100% accurate, the file is passed to Level
3-QA.
Level
3-QA
The Level 3 CAD manager reviews the corrected document for
100% accuracy. All instructions and standards are checked
again.
Level
4-QA
The Level 4 CAD manager visually compares and approves that
the electronic file matches the original document. The file
is then distributed to the client
